We are concerned residents of North Kingstown who recently learned that the Quonset Development Corporation had signed a "non-binding letter of intent" to a private company to construct a prospective, large-scale sewage sludge processing plant in North Kingstown at West Davisville near Old Baptist Road.  *

If built, it would be built near neighborhoods, schools and churches, such a facility could present health risks, give off a putrid stench up to one half mile -- and more and severely damage our cherished quality of life in our beloved town.

Please help us fight for NK and stop the sewage sludge processing plant proposal!
